Bus set on fire in Shahbag

Unruly people set fire to a bus of Torongo Plus Paribahan in front of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University at Shahbag in Dhaka on Thursday afternoon.

The incident took place at about 1:35pm, amid the ongoing blockade called by Bangladesh Nationalist Party and its allies in the ongoing movement.

Two firefighting units from Siddik Bazar Fire station went to the spot at about 1:45pm and brought the fire under control at about 1:55pm.
